7,500,000 DIGITAL LOG CURVES NOW AVAILABLE
CALGARY, ALBERTA. (November 20th, 2007) – LogTech (Canada) Ltd., a leading provider of software and data solutions to the petroleum industry, announced today that the size of its digital log database has increased to 7.5 million high quality curves.AS A RESULT OF OUR UNIQUE DATABASE BUILDING EFFORTS, more than 1.5 million new digital log curves have been made available to our customers in just the past six months. One million unique curves represent more data than was produced in the first 30 years of log digitizing in Canada.
Today, more than 7,500,000 curves are instantly available to you on-line from LogTech. Far more than government sourced data, LogTech’s database contains thousands of wells, and hundreds of thousands – if not millions – of curves not available elsewhere.
And much more data is on its way to you. Thousands of new wells are currently being validated for loading to LOGarc on-line in the coming weeks. This data combined with the new data we acquire on an ongoing basis means that we anticipate more than 8,000,000 digital log curves will soon be made available to you.
