Vision Statement
Master's Vision is about change; it is to produce Profound Learning, a 21st century value-based model of education. Profound learning is an empowerment model of learning that elevates student learning to heights not achievable using traditional command and control model of education- it is all about breakthroughs in learning. Profound Learning encompasses the following:- Exceeding all the current standards and expectations that have been set by Alberta Education
- Equipping students as knowledge workers with skill sets that will enable them to succeed in an ever changing world
- Basic assumptions on which the Vision of Master's is predicated:
- We believe that all students are gifted and can produce outstanding learning.
- We believe that breakthroughs in learning are possible.
- We believe that there is room for significant improvement in students' academic achievement.
