Don Plewes - Senior Business Advisor
Don brings to LogTech a wealth of marketing, finance and general management experience. After qualifying as a C.A. and earning an M.B.A. at the University of Western Ontario, he spent nine years with John Labatt Limited, primarily in the Consumer Food area. Don held diverse roles with the company in marketing management, corporate planning, and retail operations before serving as V.P. Corporate Development in the Wine and Food Service Group.Don was President and CEO and a major shareholder of Riley's Datashare International Ltd. a TSX listed company for 16 years, changing company strategy and revenue-base from a focus on exploration data in analog format to digital data and desktop applications for geologists and engineers. Since the sale of control of Riley's in 1996, he has been involved as CEO in reorganizing two companies, syndicating financings for oil and gas service companies, and as a financial consultant.
